This award is to recognize a AIPI fellow member who made original contribution to mental health in any field of industry in India. The nominated person should have minimum 10 years of experience of working in any industry (health, service, manufacturing, IT, farming etc.). Contribution can be in the form of teaching, research, training or field work in the community in general and women, children and family mental health in particular. The nominated person should have good standing among peers working in the field of industrial mental health
